Fixed the heater core tubes (8) by mounting the retaining bracket (4) and screw (3) and tightening the screw to 1.2 Nm (10 in. lbs.). Following this, fit the front flange (2) to hold the heater core tubes onto the HVAC housing and put in the screw (10), then tighten it to 1.2 Nm (10 in. lbs.). If the flange's foam seal has been affected, it has to be changed. Set the foam seal (1) over the flange and then insert and secure the left side front floor duct.
