How to Maintain the Air Filter Box on Dodge Charger?

Service the air filter box by first taking out the negative battery cable and the mass airflow sensor connector. Pull out the clean air duct joining the throttle body to the air filter box, take the air filter box out by removing the vent tube and bolt at the same time. Lift the vehicle and peel back the front fascia a bit to reach the air filter resonator; after that, remove the bolt that keeps it in place and unhook the resonator. The air filter resonator assembly should be set in the car and held in place with a mounting bolt tightened to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.). Attach the front fascia and after that, fix the air filter assembly and fasten it with an extra bolt tightened to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.). After that, connect the new vent tube and clean air duct in place between the air filter box and the throttle body.
