You need Special Tools 6780-2 Sleeve (1), 6780-1 Installer (3) and 8179 Stud (2) to replace the front crankshaft seal (4). Once the seal is installed, follow the appropriate service guides for putting on the crankshaft vibration damper, along with the cylinder block assembly, harmonic balancer, crankshaft pulley and vibration damper.

How to Remove a Crankshaft Seal on Dodge Charger?

Take off the crankshaft vibration damper before you try to remove the front crankshaft seal. After that, put Special Tool 8194 onto the crankshaft nose and use Special Tool 6771 to take out the seal.
