How to Maintain and Fix an Air Duct on Dodge Neon?

Start your air duct service by separating the center bezel from the panel in front of the driver. Now, unscrew the duct keeping the air outlet from the instrument panel and pull it apart from the air outlet distribution duct. The first step is to line up the center air outlet duct with the instrument panel and then fit it with the air outlet distribution duct. Install the screws to the duct and make sure they are tightened to 2.3 Nm (20 in. lbs.), then attach the center bezel back on.
