How to remove and install Vapor Canisters mounted to a common bracket on Dodge Ram 1500 Van?

The vehicle has two EVAP canisters installed on a shared bracket under the driver's side near the back. First, unlace the two bolts on the canister bracket assembly that are attached to the body. Then, gently move the assembly aside and disconnect the fuel tubes/lines from each EVAP canister to make reattachment easier. Next, take out the nuts that attach the canister to the windscreen. Each canister must be put on the bracket, fastened with nuts and tightened to 8 Nm (71 in. lbs.) for installation. Screw the fuel connectors back into the canister and lift the assembly over the body, ensuring the locating guides in the mounting bracket fit into the notches at the top of the body. Next, insert and tighten the two bracket bolts till they reach 10 Nm (95 in. lbs.) of torque.
