  The first step is to take out the front driver seat from the power seat track. Now, get inside the seat's base to take out the two screws holding the power seat switch assembly to the area around it. Work the power seat switch and bezel all the way out so that you can access the wire harness connection. Trim each locking tab away from the connector by using a trim stick or an appropriate flat-bladed tool which will let you unplug the switch without damaging it. Then, unscrew the two screws that hold the power seat switch unit to the switch bezel and pull the switch up from inside and remove it. Place the power seat switch in the opening and screw it to the back of the bezel, making certain to use 2.2 Nm (20 in. lbs.) of tightening torque. After that, attach the switch wire harness connector and place the two screws on the bezel and switch unit behind the seat cushion frame. To finish, put back the driver side front seat in the power seat track.
