How to service the front door window motor on Dodge Ram 2500 Van?

Start by unhooking the negative lead from the battery before you deal with the front door window motor. Get rid of the trim panel inside the front door. After that, take out the power window motor wire harness connector retainer from the hole in the front door module and pull out the connector. With the three removed screws, unmount the power window motor and mechanism from the front door module. To install, put the motor onto the front door module, then fasten it by tightening the screws to 11 Nm. Reconnect the wire connector to the window motor, reinstall the door trim panel, and finally reconnect the battery negative cable.
