How to remove and install the Fuel Pressure Sensor on Dodge Ram 3500?

The fuel pressure sensor is located at slightly above center on the fuel rail. To begin, unplug the wiring connector from the sensor. Disconnect the sensor from the fuel rail and inspect the sensor O-ring. In the course of installation, inspect the fuel pressure sensor O-ring and lubricate it with clean diesel fuel prior to installing the sensor into the fuel rail. In order to prevent the sensor from leaking, tighten it to a torque of 101 Nm (75 ft.lbs.) and reconnect the electrical connector to the sensor. After that, you want to start the engine and check for fuel leaks.
