How to service and repair the Door Lock Switch on Dodge Ram 3500 Van?

After disconnecting the negative battery cable, go ahead with the repair and service of the door lock switch. After that, take out the trim panel on the inside of the front door. Disconnect the door lock switch wire harness connector and pull the door lock switch out of the back of the lock on the front door. Afterward, unclip the wiring harness that holds the door lock switch in the inside of the door and pull the switch out. Afterwards, complete the removal procedures to put in the new switch.
