  Disable the restraint system in all vehicles equipped with air bags by disconnecting the black cable, waiting two minutes, then replacing it. Set the fuse box to the left of the steering column and plug all electrical line connectors into it. Press the fuse box housing forward so that it clips onto Fuse/Relay Block #1 and makes sure its retaining tabs fit fully. Replace the trim panel on the inner left side of the cowl and hook up the battery negative cable.

  Before working on the Fuse Box, disconnect and cut off the negative Battery Cable first. Rotate the locking screw on the fuse box cover 90 degrees and use that to remove the Steering Column Cover. Release the fuse box from the steering column by undoing the connections and disconnecting all electrical connectors first. Place the fuse box into the steering column, connect the fuse box to the power supply and link all wiring as you did before. Reattach the steering column cover and then with the fuse box cover by turning its locking screw by 90 degrees. Finally, put back the negative terminal cable and set the clock and radios.
