How to Service and Repair the Fuse in the Ignition Off-Draw (IOD) System on Dodge Stratus?

When servicing or repairing the IOD fuse, make sure the ignition switch is OFF so that the radio won't become confused. Turn the car engine off, open the cover at the left endcap of the instrument panel and unfasten fuse 5 from its location in the Junction Block. Afterward, set fuse 5 in the Junction Block and snap the end cap cover back on to the instrument panel.
