  Start by cutting off and separating the negative battery wire, then remove all the refrigerant from the refrigeration lines. After that, disconnect the air intake ducts from the front area of the air cleaner unit. Lose the bolt from the A/C liquid line connection and remove the line from the A/C condenser. Discard the O-ring seal after this. First, remove the bolts where the passenger side of the A/C condenser is fastened to the Radiator, then take out the bolt holding the A/C discharge line to the A/C condenser, pull the A/C discharge line loose and throw away the O-ring seal. Loosen the upper radiator isolators, remove the bolts securing the A/C condenser and move the radiator and fan to the rear, so you don't damage the fins or tubes on the condenser by accident. In the end, raise the A/C condenser and take it out of the engine compartment, then place plugs in or cover the open refrigerant line fittings and condenser ports with tape.

  Prior to replacing the condenser assembly, drain all fluid from the refrigeration system and work to keep the system's oil moisture-free, so moisture inside the oil does not result in problems with the compressor. Disconnect the cable from the battery first and after that remove the hood cover and the hood support. Remove the air ducts directly in front of the air cleaner assembly, together with the assembly. Take out the bolt connecting the condenser inlet line to the condenser, then remove the bolt that holds the condenser outlet line. After that, unfasten the three rivets holding the condenser mounting bracket to the radiator closure panel and gently lift the condenser out to remove it. Before doing the reversed installation, replace all O-rings and gaskets and spray approved refrigerant oil onto all sealing surfaces (ND8 PAG). Evacuate and then charge the batteries.
