Start your service or repair of the windshield washer spray nozzle by removing the
Wiper Arms from their pivot points. After that, remove the eight screws holding the cover onto the top panel, then gently lift the cover almost to the edge so you can access the washer nozzle plumbing through the back of the grille while avoiding damage to the paint around where the panel hinges. Remove the supply hose and the passenger washer nozzle hose from the washer hose tee fitting, then remove the cowl plenum cover/grille panel from the cowl top. Lift up the washer hose from the nozzle fitting on the underside of the cover, remove the secured rivet and pull out the nozzle from the pocket. To install the new washer, connect the nozzle into the mounting pocket and fix it with the rivet. Attach the washer hose to the nozzle startup and secure the cowl plenum cover/grille panel onto the cowl top. After that, open the cover and get to the washer hose tee fitting to link the washer supply hose and the washer nozzle hose on the passenger side. After that, tighten the eight screws to 1.7 Nm (15 in.lbs.) and then reattach the wiper arms onto their respective pivots.
