Before removing the wheel hub, make sure the car is supported, the wheel and tire are out and the caliper is kept from drooping. Then, remove the disc
Brake Caliper from the bike and after that, the brake caliper adapter. Toss out the O-ring and take out the disc brake rotor. After that, take out the nut that holds the wheel speed sensor, then remove the sensor itself. Take off the three mounting bolts at the back of the
Steering Knuckle and remove the hub bearing. After installation, screw the hub bearing onto the knuckle and use the three bolts to secure it, tightening each one to 115 Nm (85 ft. lbs.). After that, fix the wheel speed sensor and its nut, along with the brake rotor, brake caliper adapter and caliper. Reconnect the wheel and tire after that, take the support out and lower the vehicle.
