Now apply some clean brake fluid to lubricate the grommets (2). After that, push them both onto the reservoir outlets (1) using just your fingers to make sure they are secure. Next, check for any leaks. After that, put the reservoir (1) and the grommets into the openings on the master cylinder, rock back and forth and press down as you guide the reservoir (1) to fit correctly, with all four tabs snug on the nubs (3). If sensor (2) was removed, put it into the fluid reservoir until the tabs are locked in place and then connect the connector (3) to the fluid reservoir level switch. Once finished with the prop rod, remove it from the vehicle and complete the base brake system filling and bleed.
