How to Install a Brake Line on Jeep Wrangler?

Start by joining the brake hose (3) to the hole at the frame with the mounting bolt (2). Following that, attach the brake line tube nut (1) to the brake hose (3) and tighten it firmly by 23 Nm (about 200 in. lbs.). After that, place the banjo bolt (2) through the caliper and attach it to the brake hose (1) with new washers on each side of the hose fitting. Make sure to stop after reaching 31 Nm (23 ft. lbs.) torque. Once you are done, put the vehicle on the ground, take away the brake pedal holding tool and bleed out the base portion of the brake system if needed.

You need to lift and support the car, loosen and remove the tire and wheel and then take out the front brake hose.
