How to Maintain and Fix a Fan Blade on Jeep Wrangler?

Before you start servicing or repairing the fan, clean the blades with mild soap and water, not with anything harsh. Do not adjust the blades on your fan if they are not according to the specs. Check that the surface distance between moving blades is below 2.0 mm (0.090 inch) and examine every blade in this manner. Last, check for breaks, twists, loose rivets or damaged joins on the fan machinery and buy a new fan if you see any problems.
