How to Service and Repair a Power Steering Cooler on 2000 Chrysler LHS?

To service the power steering fluid cooler, siphon fluid out of the reservoir, jack up the car, and remove the front fascia in order to access. Remove hoses, clips and nuts and cooler. Reinstall new cooler, hoses, and front fascia and refill with proper fluid and bleed the system.
