How to Service and Repair a Harmonic Balancer on 2000 Dodge Durango?

To repair the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley, disconnect the battery, remove the fan shroud, cooling fan and serpentine belt. Use Puller Tool Set C-3688 to remove and install vibration damper. Tighten all bolts to specified torque then reconnect battery.
