How to Maintain a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan?

Before working on the harmonic balancer or crankshaft pulley, disconnect the negative cable from the battery and get your vehicle lifted by a hoist. The left step is to get rid of the drive belt, then remove the wheel and splash shield. After that, get rid of the crankshaft pulley. To put in the crankshaft pulley, first use the Special Tool C-4685-C1 and already provided bolt, thrust bearing/washer and nut. Connect the wheel, inner splash shield and drive belt, after which connect the negative cable to the battery.
