How to Maintain a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2000 Dodge Ram 1500?

To service the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley, disconnect the battery, remove the fan and accessory drive belt, and take off the vibration damper pulley. Use Puller Tool Set C-3688 to remove and install the vibration damper, then tighten the crankshaft bolt and pulley bolts. Reinstall the fan and reconnect the battery.
