How to Service and Repair a Brake Light Switch on 2000 Dodge Viper?

To repair the brake light switch, grasp the brake pedal, turn the switch counterclockwise and remove the switch. Disconnect the wiring and extend the plunger of the new switch and reconnect the wiring and mount by aligning it with the bracket. Rotate it clockwise to secure then gently pull back the brake pedal.
