How to Remove and Install the Idle Control Valve on the Throttle Body on 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Before you remove the IAC motor electrical connector, first take out the air duct and air resonator box at the throttle body. Following that, loosen the two mounting bolts (screws) and carefully take off the IAC motor. Align the IAC motor with the throttle body, put the two mounting bolts (screws) in place and secure them by tightening to an approximate torque of 7 Nm (60 in. lbs.). Afterward, put back the electrical connector and assemble the air cleaner duct on the air box to the throttle body.
