How to Service a Fuel Rail on 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

To service the fuel rail, release the fuel pressure, disconnect the battery and remove the air tube. Disconnect fuel injectors, and fuel lines, throttle cables and clean injectors. Remove and reinstall fuel rail, remembering to apply torque. Reconnect all parts, reinstall the air tube and inspect for fuel leaks once the engine is started.
