How to Maintain a Throttle Cable and Its Linkage on 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

To maintain the throttle cable, loosen the accelerator pedal, loosen the cable retainer then loosen the cable core wire. Snip the cable into the engine compartment and unscrew it off the throttle body and take it out. To install, undo the procedures, make sure that all the components are secured and functioning well and then engine can start.
