How to Replace a Blend Door Actuator on 2001 Chrysler LHS?

To replace the blend door actuator, disable the air bag system by disconnecting the battery negative cable. Remove the under panel silencer/ducts and screws from the actuator. Remove the actuator, recording the position of the shaft. Install the new actuator, secure it and reconnect the battery cable.
