How to Effectively Service and Repair a Starter Motor on 2001 Chrysler LHS?

In order to fix the starter motor, one has to take out the negative cable of the battery, lift the car and take out the starter bolts. Disconnect the positive and solenoid wire and lift up the engine in order to reach the starter. Disassemble, clean and reassemble using the same steps reversed, connect the posi-lock connector last.
