How to Service and Repair the Fuel Filter and Fuel Pressure Regulator on 2001 Dodge Neon?

To service the fuel pressure regulator, release the fuel system pressure. Filter/regulator is located on the fuel pump module. Disconnect fuel line, remove regulator by rotating anti-clockwise and inspect O-rings. Lubricate O-rings, reinstall and reconnect the fuel line before lowering the vehicle.
