How to ensure proper functioning of the Fuel Pressure Regulator and Fuel Filter on 2002 Dodge Neon?

To service the fuel pressure regulator you will need to release the fuel system pressure. Filter/regulator is located on the fuel pump module. Disconnect fuel line, remove regulator by rotating it and make sure the O-rings are not broken. Lubricate O-rings, reinstall the regulator, and reconnect the fuel line and lower the vehicle.
