How to Service and Repair a Throttle Cable on 2001 Dodge Neon?

In order to fix the throttle valve cable, remove air cleaner/ throttle body assembly, and disconnect required parts. Disconnect throttle valve cable, but must be correctly re-routed. Reconnect the cable, tighten the assembly and reconnect everything. Lastly, connect the throttle valve cable, and perform a road test to ensure that it works well.
