How to service and repair the heater core on 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Van?

To repair the heater core, take off the heater-A/C housing and top cover. Remove the support bracket screw of the heater core tube, and pull out the heater core. Insert new core, secure core and reinstall top cover and housing (follow HVAC Service Procedures).
