How to Service and Repair an A/C Expansion Valve on 2001 Dodge Stratus?

To repair the expansion valve, get the refrigerant back out, unclip and line clips and cap. Remove valve and gasket and put in new gasket and valve with bolts tightened to 11 Nm. Install new O-rings, reconnect lines and install clips. Finally, evacuate and charge the system.
