How to Maintain a Blower Motor Resistor on 2001 Dodge Stratus?

The lower right silencer panel needs to be removed in order to service the blower motor resistor. Unscrew the wiring connector and remove screws that mount. Then remove the resistor, and install it back with screwing up, reconnecting the wiring harness, and fitting back the silencer panel.
