How to Service a Fuel Pressure Regulator on 2001 Dodge Stratus?

In order to service the fuel pressure regulator, release the fuel system pressure. Raise the car and empty the gas tank and remove the gas supply line. Take off the Filter/Regulator by turning it counter-clockwise. Lubricate the O-rings, re-install the Filter/Regulator, re-connect the fuel line and lower the vehicle.
