How to Remove and Install Piston and Connecting Rod Assemblies in an Engine on 2001 Dodge Stratus?

In order to remove pistons, apply a ridge reamer to the cylinder bores when covering the pistons. Remove the rods and pistons of the cylinder block and label them accordingly. Install piston rings- with a good alignment and lubricate surfaces. Install the piston and rod then slide them in and screw up the connecting rod cap bolts.
