How to Maintain a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2001 Dodge Stratus?

Stick with the following steps, remove the negative battery cable, place the vehicle on a hoist and lift it off the ground. Take out the right front wheel and barrel splash shield and then take off the accessory drive belts. After that, take off the dampener bolt and use Special Tools 8194 Insert and 8454 Puller to remove the dampener. During installation, attach the damper using the Special Tool 8179 Screw, plus the 6792 Nut and Thrust Bearing and the 6792-1 Installer. With the damper center bolt fastened, tighten it to 170 Nm or 125 ft. lbs. Replace the drive belts, the belt splash shield and the right front wheel. Don't forget to connect the minus battery cable and drop the vehicle again for the next step.
