In order to service the evaporator core, disable the air bag system by disconnecting the battery negative cable and waiting two minutes. Remove the housing of your HVAC and remove the evaporator coil. Reinstall the coil with the foam insulator and seal and then reassemble the housing. If replaced, add recommended refrigerant oil 60 ml.
