How to service the Right Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield on 2001 Jeep Cherokee?

To service the right front wheelhouse splash shield, raise the car and remove the tire. Take out the fasteners holding the wheelhouse liner in place, and then pull it off the fender. Put the liner back on with fresh fasteners and the tire on and lower the vehicle.
