How to Service a Valve Stem Seal on 2002 Chrysler 300M?

Removal of the old valve stem seal starts with removing the valve spring and then using a valve stem seal tool. To install, press the valve stem seal or valve spring seat securely and squarely against the valve guide and use the valve stem as a guide to avoid compressing the seal against the guide's upper surface. Just press the spring with enough force to install the valve retainer locks. The garter spring at the top of the valve stem seal shouldn't be taken out. After that, replace the valve spring.
