How to Service and Repair Valve Stem Seals on 2003 Chrysler 300M?

To service valve guide seals, first remove the valve spring. Use a valve guide seal tool to take out the seals. Install the new seal over the guide without forcing it. Compress the spring just enough to install the retainer locks, and do not remove the garter spring. Finally, reinstall the valve spring.
