How to Maintain a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2002 Chrysler Sebring?

Start by taking the negative battery cable off and hoisting the vehicle above the ground. The first step is to work from the right front of the car, removing the wheel, then the belt splash shield and finally the accessory drive belts. After that, take out the damper bolt and pull out the damper using Special Tools 8194 Insert and 8454 Puller. To fit the damper, use Special Tools 8179 Screw plus the Nut and Thrust Bearing from 6792, along with the Installer for 6792-1. Screw in the damper center bolt until you reach 170 Nm (125 ft. lbs.). Afterward, fit the air ducts, the right front wheel and the belt splash shield. When done, park the vehicle, lower its seats or load and hook up the negative battery cable once more.
