How to Service and Repair a Power Steering Hose for Pressure Hose on 2002 Dodge Durango?

Before servicing the power steering pressure hose, let the power steering system drain and raise and stabilize the vehicle. Take the pressure hose out of the gear, then out of the pump and finally take it out of the vehicle. The first thing to do is to attach the vehicle's pressure hose and be sure to tighten it on the gear to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.). Next, link the pressure hose to the pump and turn the nut at the pump to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.). Next, take out the support, bring the vehicle down and top up the power steering system.
