How to Properly Remove and Install a Wheel Cover on 2002 Dodge Neon?

The wheel cover is removed by using a hand wrench to un-thread the 5 nuts. Pull the cover straight out and then pull the retaining nut off carefully by tilting it past the tabs. For installation, the user must align the valve notch, hand-thread the nuts, and tighten them in sequence so that the valve is not rattled.
