How to Maintain a Mirror Switch on 2002 Dodge Ram 3500?

In order to service the power mirror switch, looseness the battery negative cable. Take out the knob of the control and the nut attaching the switch to the door trim panel. Take the wire harness out and the switch. To install, turn it around and reconnect the battery and fix everything.
