How to Service and Repair Valve Stem Seals on 2004 Chrysler 300M?

If you're repairing or servicing the valve guide seals, remove the valve spring first. After that, take off the valve guide seals with a valve guide seal tool. During installation, press the valve guide seal/valve spring seat right up, making sure it is aligned and isn't forced up against the guide. Only tighten the spring on the valve retainer locks to get them installed. Please don't remove the garter spring at the top of the valve guide seal. Next, place and install the valve spring.
