How to Adjust the Engine Mount Torque Strut for Optimal Engine Positioning and Mount Loading on 2003 Dodge Neon?

In order to fine-tune the engine mount torque strut, loosen upper and lower bolts of the strut torque. Prop up the engine using a floor jack and then remove the bolts at the shock tower bracket and crossmember. Place the engine until the distance has reached 119 mm and loosen the bolts to 118 Nm.
