How to Service and Repair a Windshield Washer Pump on 2003 Dodge Neon?

To service the windshield washer pump, disconnect the battery, jack the vehicle up and empty the reservoir. Carefully remove the pump and grommet. If replacing the pump then use a new grommet, if replacing the reservoir, use the old one. Reinstall the pump, hook up the hose, fill the reservoir back up and hook up the battery.
