How to Properly Remove and Install an Oil Filter on an Engine on 2003 Dodge Ram 1500?

All engines have a nice disposable oil filter, preferably Mopar. Position a drain pan, loosening the filter with a wrench and removing it, taking the gasket off, too. Clean the surface and lubricate the new gasket and install it. Add oil and check the level and start engine for leaks.
