How to Maintain and Fix an Oil Pan on 2003 Dodge Ram 1500?

In order to service the oil pan, take out the engine and drain the oil. Raise the engine by special tool 8534 to remove the oil pan. Wipe off and remove grease within the oil pan, the gasket and the pickup tube. Install the oil pan again and connect bolts to the correct torque then lower the engine back.
