How to service and repair the brake light switch on 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 Van?

In order to fix the brake light switch, take out the lower column cover and knee blocker. Pressing the brake pedal, unlock the switch and take it off. The new switch is installed by hooking in the wire harness, screwing in and repositioning it. The knee blocker and lower column cover needs to be re-installed to conclude the process.
